By accessing or using the services provided by Here 2 Help Services, Inc. ("Here 2 Help," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Here 2 Help Services provides automated customer follow-up and lead management software designed for HVAC contractors and similar service businesses. Our services may include SMS automation, email campaigns, appointment scheduling, CRM, and related features.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription fees and one-time setup fees are described at the point of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.
All content, software, and materials provided through our services are owned by Here 2 Help Services or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Here 2 Help Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Here 2 Help Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
